Accommodation onboard the vessel according to confirmed cabin allocation
Group expedition documentation
Full-board meal plan including breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Guided dives and/or land excursions as per the confirmed itinerary
Diving package with certified dive guides / divemasters
Scuba tanks and weights for certified divers
Snorkeling gear and snorkeling guide
Non-motorized water activities including kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (subject to availability)
Beach towels, cabin towels, and deck towels
Limited onboard Wi-Fi (connectivity not guaranteed)
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Pick-up and drop-off services from the hotel or airport to the meeting point, provided exclusively within the Labuan Bajo mainland area near the harbour

International or domestic flights
Hotel accommodation before or after the trip

Personal snacks
Gratuities for crew and trip leaders
Nitrox fills
Private dive guide
Rental dive equipment
Scuba diving courses
Personal travel and dive insurance
Underwater photography or videography services, including dedicated personal documentation beyond the shared group coverage
Special events or private arrangements unless pre-booked

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to confirm the booking
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to departure
Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation without refund
All payments must be made via bank transfer to the official BATARA BARUNA account

Guests may place a provisional booking online without immediate payment
BATARA BARUNA will temporarily hold the requested space, subject to availability
The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit within the specified timeframe
